Problem with RRWRUN.EXE

I have installed my app on customer pc and when i try to print (to print or preview) my report on my monitor appears an error message not of my program but it seems to be of O.S. ____The message seems to be :__"RRWRUN caused an error with Windows and will be shutdown. Close you app and restart"__If I install R&R from cd the reports runs correctly____On other pc my app runs correctly.____What can be done to resolve this problem ?____Thanks____
