memory errors when running reports

We have just implemented a new system that uses rswrun.exe to print user reports. When using the rswrun.exe from the r&r infinity-our development environment- the reports print out fine. However we have the lite version on our production box. In the lite - production environment, some reports work just fine while others fail with a memory error when we try to print them. I tried opening the reports and saving them again, tried sending the reports to a different printer, tried putting the rswrun.exe executable from the infitity version on to our production pc to see if that would help, and tried reinstalling the lite version on our production pc. So far no luck. We have had to go back to our old code until we can figure out the printing problem we have. Any help will be much appreciated.____Diane
