Printing labels via Oracle 11g web

We have recently converted to a web-based version of Oracle using 11g forms which opens in Internet Explorer (currently v7). We^ve been using R&R for years from the desktop application and currently have version 10 build 10.1.003. Now that we have converted to Oracle 11g, we are trying to print labels to a label printer which is on a serial port (rather than a regular LPT com printer port). We get no errors, but the labels do not print. Is this something resolved in a newer version of R&R or is there a way to do it in the current version that we are overlooking?____Any help will be appreciated.

R&R sends the output to the driver that is then responsible for getting the data to the printer. There is no direct communication to the port. Is there any other driver you can try?____Kathleen__R&R Support
