I have several users who run into a "cannot match printer to control file" error. This has been happening for years on and off. Normally, we have them delete and reinstall their windows printers, and that fixes the problem. Lately, that has not been working. Is there a utility or fix for us to get the control files to match the users current configuration without a lot of hassle?

You just need to be sure that the value in RI_WPTR matches the name of an installed printer on the machine where the application is being run.____Kathleen__R&R Support
