R&R 9 issue with preview & printing

Hi,____Please can you help.____We have R&R report writer v9 setup on one of our servers and our clients have been setup to run the program via a network share by running the setup.exe within the share.____The issue we have is one or two users have a problem when priewing or printing reports. instead of a number in the sheet being displayed as (80) it is displayed as -80. We cannot get this to resolve by reinstalling or amending regional options. Other users remain unaffected. Also the program comes up with windows error message when it closes.____Any suggestions?____Thanks

Numeric formats are actually saved in the report and are not impacted when run using different regional settings. So if users are seeing different results, they must be running different reports. So check that there is not more than one copy of the report out there.____A crash on exit is generally caused by a problem with the PDF printer driver. You can avoid this one by finding and then renaming all instances of the file CDINTF.DLL to CDINTF.DLLOLD____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for the info however it does not explain why some users have this problem when opening the file and others do not. They have all been installed via the network share.
