Cannot execute viewer,exe

__I have modified the progdir32= on the server as instructed and placed it in the RR Infinity the Rapidrun directories as well as Windows xp pro in all variations. All to no avail.____What will make it work?____

And RRWRUN.EXE is in the PROGDIR32 folder?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I copied rrwrun to the Windows directory where the progdir32 lives as well as in the runtime directory. I don^t know which one was responsible for the success, but it worked.____Thanks
