Application Event Log Warnings

We are getting application event log warnings on our Windows Server 2008 R2 systems. We do not get these warnings on our Windows Server 2003 systems.__We do not know what the user is doing when these warnings show up.__The first warning is event id 1001 source MSI installer and the text is: Detection of product ^{AE296757-8A70-4A23-B53B-81D5303FECF8}^, feature ^REPORTDESIGNER^ failed during request for component ^{22056900-C842-11D1-A0DD-00A0C9054277}^__This is then followed by 159 events id 1039 source MsiInstaller and the partial text is; Product: R&R ReportWorks Infinity. The application tried to modify a protected Windows registry key ...____Report Writer has been installed by an administrator of the server.____Any ideas what is going on?
