Line Spacing

Post by Denise_Sprague_(Guest) » Tue Apr 24, 2007 10:46 am

I have a report with an attached text file. The first page prints fine, but the subsequent pages seem to add 4 lines to the page header, dropping the rest of the data down. How can I stop this?____Thank you!

I would need to see the report to figure out what is happening and how to prevent it. Does the text wrap to the second page? Do you have any blank lines below the line on which the text is placed?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have a page break inserted in a group footer to prevent the wrap to a second page.__There are currently 4 blank lines after the text in the page header. This prints fine on page one, but becomes 8 blank lines on the following pages.____How do I send the report to you?____

Add a line of hard spaces to each of the blank page header lines and see if that helps.__Just hold down the spacebar to draw a line of dots across each blank line.____Kathleen__R&R Support
