Rapid Runner crashing on exit

__With any report open in R&R, if we click Save or Save As, the application dies (closes). As a result, the license locks up. ____While in rapid runner, it_s really random, but every once in a while if I do something it doesn_t like, it also closes. I had an existing report set open and tried to point to the one I created, it closed. Another time, when I was trying to put a checkmark on one of the options (like the Master Table), it closed.__ __Client also mentioned that her custom tables should be saved to the right place so that she doesn_t need to repoint her R&R reports. For example, she felt that she shouldn_t have needed to repoint the report above if the tables were all saved in the right place. __System is a Windows 2003 Citrix Server and a Windows 2003 Data server. To avoid the crash on save, add the line LIBRARIAN=OFF to the DEFAULTS section of RRW.INI. If you are running on Citrix you might want to put a copy of the INI file with this line in the R&R program folder on the server so that you are sure that it will be found and read by all users.____The random problem in rapid runner is strange. Rapid runner needs to be able to find and read the report and set you are working on. So something in the environment must be causing some confusion. If we can narrow down the random to tie it to some particular report/user/event/action then we stand a better chance of figuring out what is going wrong.____Kathleen__R&R Support____
