General print spooler error

Hello,____I use R&R V10+ and get GENERAL PRINT SPOOLER ERROR with a report full of boxes and lines...__Setting RI_WPTR to Default, to ? or to the name of the printer does not help.____Any idea ? Should Runtime V12.1 help ?____Thanks for help,____Micheline.

Did the report work on your machine before you gave it to the client? If yes, what printer are you/they using? Maybe a different printer or driver might make a difference.______Kathleen__R&R Support

Hello,____No, it did not work... __I have tried with 3 different printers...__With 2 HP Printers, I immediatly get the message; with a Brother -> after 5 pages (total : 46 pages).____Thanks for help.____Micheline.
