It sounds like your key does not match the CD.____We are no longer issuing Arpeggio disks/serial numbers. Your client could however upgrade to the latest Infinity release for $500 and would still be able to use their existing reports.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen____they will not upgrade, there is no budget for it. My first thought as well.____I can intsall arpeggio with the same software and license key on my own pc. In fact I even remotely installed on a server but it still gives an error when you try to run it on the server itself. ____So I know the cd and the key are ok.____Any other ideas, it is 2003 I am trying to install on.____Thanks____Duncan

The Arpeggio licensing scheme was done in the days of Wall Data and was unique to Arpeggio. Perhaps there are some network/permissioning issues that are causing the problem for you.____Kathleen__R&R Support
