Error when exiting rrwrun.exe

Hi,____I have rrwrun.exe in the windows folder, with all dlls it needs, except by cdintf.dll. ____I use windows2003 server and RR version 9.____Cdintf.dll is not saved in any folder in this computer.____Also, rrw.ini has the following entry:____[Defaults]__PDFDRIVER=0____But all users receive an error message after the report is displayed.____Why? What can I do to stop this?____Thank you.

Did you check for any instances of CDINTF.DLL on the user machines?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen.____All users log into this W2003 server using windows terminal services.____So they execute rrwrun.exe on this computer (server).____There is no cdintf.dll or any other RR file on local machines.____Any other idea?____Thanks.____
