Rsw32.ocx Error

Hi Kathleen,____I have a user who was successfully using the older version of our software, which used Arpeggio 2.0^s Runtime functionality. She then loaded the next version of our application, which uses R&R 11 (I think that^s the version) or 12. That version didn^t work, I believe, because she is running Windows 98 still.____So, she tried going back to the older version of our software and is getting an Rsw32.ocx is not registered error. When we try to manually register it, she gets a Load Library Failed error.____Any ideas as to what is going on?____Thanks and hope you are having a great summer!____~Alan
