Table of Contents/Index creation

I can^t find anything within R&R documentation that suggests a way to create a Table of Contents or an Index. Is there such a capability? If not, is there a third-party add-on that would give me the ability to generate a Table of Contents and/or Index while running an R&R report.____I want to create a pricing catalog of many products and would like to have first a Table of Contents that points to the page on which a product or product category appears. It would also be great to have an index at the back for more detailed product pages.____Thanks.____Jeff
