General print spool error

I have RR 10.0 and just started getting a general print spooler error when printing the reports. I can preview the reports and the error doesn^t happen until I print. The computers are XP Pro with 256 K of memory and it doesn^t matter what computer I print this single report from. I have looked at the spooler folder in windows and it is empty.____Any suggestion would be appreciated.____Thanks__

Search for any instances of the file CDINTF.DLL and then rename each one to CDINTF.OLD and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

That file is not on any of the computers or on the server and we are using the runtime version to print the reports.____Any other suggestions?____Thanks____Richard
