User ID error

I^m getting an error about not being able to find a network user id, or something similar. The exact message I was able to find referenced in the forums with suggestions to use the user management utility to unlock the license file. But my user file is showing no locks on it and this error is only happening for one user. Any ideas what I should look for? It was recently working for this user and no changes to that users rights have occured.

Make sure that the user has write permssion to the file RRW.LIC that is in the R&R program folder.____Kathleen__R&R Support
