Did you save the report on your machine prior to exporting using the control file?____Are you using the exact same saved report file as the user who can successfully export using the control file?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi,____So yes, the report file and the control file are save on the computer.____And yes, it^s the same report except for one field, but it^s just a expression field.

Open the report on the problem machine and then go to the export dialog.____Select a file name, choose Text Data Comma Separated as the export type and then go to the Export Options tab. Select the band line you want to export, Then hit Apply, then Cancel, then save the report.____Then try the text control file again.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi,____Thanks a lot for your respond but it doesn^t solve my problem.____I ^ve tested with all export parameters comma delimited , character , tabulation.____It doesn^t change anything when i use the control file.____Do you know if R&R 12 is compatible with Widows Server 2003 SP2 ?____Because the only difference between the two servers is the OS.

I am not aware of any behavior differences that would be directly caused by using Widows Server 2003 SP2 if all other things are the same.____Kathleen__R&R Support
