Memo field editing in V9

I use the xBase edition (version 9) and would like to print only a portion of a memo field, like the first 250 characters.____Can this be done? I haven^t figured out how to yet.____Thanks

The only limit you can set is to format the field as non-word wrapped and then use the font/field width to control how much will print on that single line.____Kathleen__R&R Support
