Rapid Runner v2 crashes

With a set open and the report list merely scrolled, rapid runner crashes. The set is not running. There are 25 reports in the list. ____All reports have Report Destination checked for Runtime Settings and set to Destination=Worksheet(XLS), and Output File= C:.____Error in Event log: Faulting application RapidRunner.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x00010a5b.____The server has W2k3 sp2, Citrix MPS 4, RR v10.1. ____Ideas to solve would be appreciated. Thank you.
