External Program Execution

I am running R&R V12 in an XP environment, generally using Access 2003 datafiles. Can I get R&R to execute queries in Access to flush out old data and refill tables with fresh data from other multiple files/sources?

You should be able to use R&R to report on an Access query and get the most recent data.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Being just barely funtional with Access, if I create an Access query that creates a result table from multiple external tables, and then make it the Master Table in R&R for a report, does it refresh itself when R&R looks at it for information without any special commands or secret hand shakes?
