Arpeggio - printing

Hello,____Our client has recently moved and now when they click a print button from the File menu, they get an error message: Error when retrieving Printer information. They are citrix users.____Has anybody had the same issue? Does their Citrix team need to check their user ini files? What is Arpeggio^s ini file called?____Thank you for any input.____Miina
