Export dates to Excel

When exporting date field to Excel (I realize it actually is WKS), if the date field is blank, it is reflected as 1/0/1900. Is there a way to have such entries reflected as blank? Currently I am editing the spreadsheet in Excel after production using find and replace.____Thanks.__

You could create a calculated field to return the date field as a character field and use that calc in place of the date field on the report. That would allow you to return blank values for empty dates.____Kathleen__R&R Support
