Color quality? 16bit, 32bit, ...? Ver 12.5

Hello,__What color quality does ver 12.5 have. 16bit, 32bit ...? I have a client who is currently using ver 10 and is unable to get her company logo green to show up the same as her flyers.____Thanks,____Jeff.
