R&R V10+ Crash on Exit

R&R SQL Version 10+ generates a Windows error message on exit. I am using Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2.____R&R Report Designer, SQL Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.______The technical detail says Code: 0x0000005 Address: 0x00000000004b2247

Add the line PDFDRIVER=0 to the DEFAULTS section of c:windows sw.ini and the problem should go away.____Kathleen__R&R Support
