Citrix PS 4.0; R&R 10; Preview

When any of my report developers who has connected to the servers desktop via Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 clicks to preview the report they are working on the servers CPU usage percentage (under the Task Manager) jumps to 95% or higher. At which point everyone else on that Citrix server grinds to a halt.

We corrected a problem with 100% CPU usage in Version 10.1 and above so you might want to consider an upgrade to the latest release.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____I found the link you refered to for the patch, however when I click the link it takes me to a blank page with a small box with red "X" in the upper part of the window. I^m guessing the link is busted. Please let me know when they get the link fixed.____Thanks,____Jeff.
