General Spool Print error

I have a client user who is having problems printing off a report that runs to 700 pages. they can print preview the report OK; however when trying to print a ^general print spooler error^ appears and only a few pages are printed. They can print off the report in batches of 100 pages without the error occurring. The file size showing in the print queue for 100 pages is approx 4MB. They have no problem printing off smaller reports.____Any help and advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Katherine____They are using R&R version 10, SQL Edition.____Harry

You may need to print the report in ranges of pages as a workaround.____Kathleen__R&R Support
