using hp 2100 printer with old R&R

I have been using r&r for many years and have never bothered to upgrade. I operate of .dbf files generated by Alpha4-version1 and do everything in DOS (A real dinosaur!)__ One of my clients has been using an HP 2100 printer for reporting. He was using Windows (% operating system. His tech department recently switched computers - the new one is set up with Windows. I asked their IT department to ask HP if the 2100 can emulate an HP3. I assume this problem has been faced by mony others, any suggestions??__ Thank you
