Citrix Printing Issues
Does anyone know how to make R&R print using the Citrix universal Priter Driver.__It seems to work Ok if the specific printer driver is uploaded but if the universal driver is used then the report cannot even be previewed.__The problem is there are several hundred printer types attached and uploading all the drivers would take ages.__Does R&R not understand PCL5?

R&R should show you any printer that is available on the local machine.__Are there any other Citrix users out there that are printing successfully and could offer some help with this problem?____Kathleen__R&R Support

We have 3 citrix servers. 2 different Metaframe version. Some have or had universal printer driver. No real problems. We do use solely HP printers. Display and print. Using version 12.1 of RR. ____Have specified default as ri_wprt or either old or new citrix method of specifying name: Client/AQUA-DT-058#/HP LaserJet P2015 Series PCL 5 or the newer method.____Only problem we have had is occasionally disconnects of the printer but that is a citrix, not R&R issue. R&R would then say invalid port....
