Are you using Version 12 and is runtime in the same folder as the designer? If so, send me an email and I will send you an update to runtime that will correct this problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Are you running the reports using rrwrun.exe from a network location where rrw.exe is also installed?__If so, try renaming the file rrw.lic to rrwlic.old.__When you do this, you will be able to run the runtime reports and export without a problem.__When you are done, rename the file back to rrw.lic so that users can use the designer.__ __Alternatively you can copy the runtime files to a different folder and run the runtime reports from that folder.__ __The files you would copy would be:__ __RRWRUN.EXE__RRPD.DLL__LFBMP13N.DLL__LFCMP13N.DLL__LFFAX13N.DLL__LFGIF13N.DLL__LFPCX13N.DLL__LFPNG13N.DLL__LFTGA13N.DLL__LFWMF13N.DLL__LFWPG13.DLL__LTCLR13N.DLL__LTDIS13N.DLL__LTFIL13N.DLL__LTKRN13N.DLL __RRTXTX.DLL__RRDBFX.DLL__RRWKSX.DLL__RRTFX.DLL__RRHTML.DLL__RRVIEWX.DLL__ __This license problem only occurs when runtime and the designer are in the same folder and you are using the interactive runtime dialog that presents the user with the interactive export dialog and when there are more users in this dialog than there are available R&R licenses. The reason is that the interactive export dialog makes MAPI export available and MAPI export requires the use of a designer license. Runtime looks for a license file and when it sees it, it tries to enable the MAPI export functionality.____By moving runtime to a folder when the LIC does not exist or by renaming the license file, it does not try to enable MAPI and you will not get the error.______Kathleen__R&R Support
