Report not printing

One of my customers is using R&R Build 9.0.009. Some reports (which worked previously) now produce a number of pages in ^Print Preview^ but produce nothing on the printer when either printing from the preview or when printing direct. Also the results set is empty when I interrogated it for spurious characters. Other reports using the same database are printing successfully.

What happens if the user opens the report, selects the printer, saves the report and then re-opens the report. Do they see the same problem?____Kathleen__R&R Support
