Can not find support library-mssg

We are using Reportworks V12 Xbase installed on the server. I have successfully created and distributed various desktop shortcuts to execute reports in the past. I now have two shortcuts, on other users^ desktops, that give me the "Can not find support library" message. I would appreciate some direction.

At each workstation you need to run the SETUP.EXE that is on the server. This will copy the required Visual Foxpro support files to the local machine.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks Kathleen. That worked. But those were the first reports that caused that message. That was the firt time I used a FlexLink. Maybe that^s what required a diferent resource than the usual.
