PDF printing

Hello,__I tried to print direct into a pdf file with "R&R PDF EXPORT" but get the error 82: Cannot match printer or port in control file.__I use Version 12.5.__In the printer folder I found Adobe pdf dirver, but no R&R PDF Export. Do I have to install a printer driver?__Thanks__Wolfgang

Do you also have an earlier version of R&R on the machine?____Note that due to licensing restrictions, we no longer re-distribute the Amyuni PDF driver with R&R Version 12.5.______Kathleen__R&R Support

Hello,__no I have no earlier versions on the computer.____what do you mean with "Note that due to licensing restrictions, we no longer re-distribute the Amyuni PDF driver with R&R Version 12.5.". Is the Amyuni PDF driver the part of 12.5 what builds the PDF file?__Thanks__Wolfgang
