Printing problems

Hi____We are getting the error message "R&R Report Viewer, Xbase Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." on running the rswrun.exe file in conjunction with our software OPAS (distributed by Warwick International Computing Systems). This only occurs when trying to print reports to one printer (HP LaserJet P2015 Series PCL 6) which is networked and located on a server in the organisation. I think this is a different server than our OPAS software is on. The reports print correctly to another printer. The fault is also intermittent but mostly the error comes up and it does not print. The printer is connected by IP Address as a local printer on a standard tcp/ip port.____Is there any reason why your .exe file is not functioning correctly in this case?____Regards__Chris Lawrie
