For the Xbase version, edit the file RRW.SRT that is in the R&R program folder and remove the semicolon at the start of the line:____;DBCHARS=ANSI____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen,____I am now using ReportWorks Infinity v12.5.__I cannot find RRW.SRT__there are two file types with .SRT extension__RSW.SRT and RSW20.SRT__I tried to open those files, I don^t see any ;DBCHARS=ANSI__what I did is I added DBCHARS=ANSI but to no avail.____Please help...__Thank you.____oJe____

You can use notepad to create RRW.SRT with just the line____DBCHARS=ANSI____and it will work.____Kathleen__R&R Support
