Printing Issue

R&R xbase Version 12.5 runtime____I have a client where reports where running fine. Now when he runs a report, he gets the error message "no printers installed or no default printers". He is running on a Windows XP machine that is not networked.____I had him check his printers in the control panel and it shows his UPS connected Epson as the Default printer.____The control database for the reports sets all the ri_printer fields to ?, with no other printer selections. Any suggestions? ______Tom Freitas

I Stated that the operating system was Windows XP, it is actually Windows Vista.____Does R&R need a manifest file for Vista?____Tom Freitas

Never mind, he re booted his computer and everything is now working____Thanks anyway,____Tom Freitas
