Serial number error: Mutex timeout

When trying to open version 12, I get an error:__Serial number error Mutex timeout.____Why is this happening?__Thank you,__Jimi Chappell__ADP Technical Support

I got my answer after fishing around for awhile. The error was popping because the user was closed out of R&R improperly and when they tried to restart it, the RRW.EXE process was still running. I closed the process and then was able to open the application.__Thank you,__Jimi Chappell__ADP Technical Support
