Forced to preview before printing

Dear all,__When I print a document in a PCL Format I am always foreced to preview this document instead to print directly. __rruninn.dbf: ri_outfile is filled __rrunin.dbf: ri_printer is "D"____Changing the output file in Ascii I will not forced to preview before print.____Thanks for help____kind regards____Claudia

Setting RI_PRINTER to D tells R&R to preview first.__To go directly to the printer, you would use RI_PRINTER=P______Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen,____thanks for your quick replay.____sorry I have not told you that we want to print this report to an output file in a PCL Format. When I change the RI_PRINTER to "P" it prints directly without preview - this is correct. ____Do you have an Idee to send a PCL formatted file via Lotus Notes, or Fax.__With Version 6.0a/6.5 ist works, and with Ascii Format too.____Thanks in advance____Claudia____

Leave RI_PRINTER blank and set RI_OUTFILE to your output filename.____Kathleen__R&R Support
