Just got a new Windows 2000 machine and installed R&R 9.0 on it. When I double click on a report R&R opens but the report does not load or open in R&R. It all working well on my 98 machine. Any idea?????

Does RRW.EXE work and the problem is only in the file association when you click an RRW file?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes. RRw.exe starts and runs, but the report file that I clicked on is not loaded....

Be sure you are not hiding extensions (in Windows Explorer). I^ve seen that do strange things.____Pat__

File extensions are not hidden. It only happens when I am on the network using the Novell client. If the computer is stand-alone everything is fine.

Hi,____Our setup is similar to yours but we are not experiencing the problems you are.____Hopefully comparing our setups may help:____We store all of our R&R reports on NetWare 4.11. All workstations are Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 2. We do not run the NetWare Client for NetWare networks; instead we are using Microsoft Client Services for NetWare.____If you need to stick with the NetWare Client and are not already running Novell Client 4.81 for Windows NT/2000, Id recommend upgrading.____HTH__Dave

Hi,____Name of report must be only 8 caracter long ( 12345678.rrw ).Problem in not in Windows 2000, but in Novell. Try with 8 caracter ...____Have a nice day,____Marko
