version 10+ runtime on vista

Does anyone have a workaround to get reports built in version 10+ to run on a vista box? I have an old app that does not need any modification and my user simply wishes to move to Vista and Win 7. I hate to pony up the $500 upgrade just to get a new runtime engine.____Thanks for any help/suggestions.

While we^d love for you to upgrade, if you^re just looking for the runtime, you can download the newest version of R&R from our website (12.5) and run the installer using the "viewer only" option which will install the royalty-free runtime and all related components. It doesn^t need a serial number.
