Passing Parameters to SQL Query

I am a new user to R&R SQL Edition. I want to prompt the user for a begining date and ending date ( I have done this through the ParameterRR field), however, I can not figure out how to pass these values to my SQL query to retrieve the correct data using these dates. Any suggestions how I might get this done? Other ways?____Thanks, Jeff
