R&R PDF Files bad on Win98

Post by Owen_Graupman_(Guest) » Thu May 02, 2002 11:23 am

Hi there!____When we print to PDF with R&R 9 (with patch) on our Win98 machines, all the PDF files created return the message ^There was an error opening this document. File does not begin with ^%PDF-^.^ Printing from our Windows 2000 and XP-Pro machines produces PDF files without errors. All machines have just the runtime installed. Any ideas why we are receiving this message?____Thanks,__-Owen Graupman__NewEra Software__ograupman@newerainc.com__p. (801) 447-4707__f. (801) 447-4708

I get the same error on a Win 98 but not on a Win2000 desktop. The runtime properties being used are ____RI_WPTR = R&R PDF Export__RI_PRINTER =__RI_OUTFILE = C:Bill of Lading 8125.pdf____Please advice, thanks____Sameer
