Convert UDF^s ?

Post by cal » Sun May 05, 2002 11:02 am

Converting many rp1^s to rp5^s, and ultimately to .rrw^s... Is it possible to convert the udf file(s), too? I know that only rr.udf can be used as a name. I just need to know how to convert the rr.udf from rp1 to rp5.____Can anyone help?____

No conversion is required. Just need to copy your current RR.UDF to the R&R for windows program directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Oh, Kathleen! You are STILL the benchmark against which all other tech support people are measured... responding on Sunday, yet.____Thanks! Actually, I thought I tried this. Maybe I didn^t put it where I thought I did. I^ll try again in the morning. If no success, I^ll be back.____Thanks again for such a prompt followup.____

Kathleen,____Upon trying what you suggested, I find it works. This is what I _thought_ I tried yesterday. Maybe my brain was taking the weekend off, or something. Works just fine!____Anyway, thanks, again for your quick and accurate help. ____By the way, R&R Report Writer just keeps getting better all the time. I^ve used it for many years and every new version is an improvement! I hope your company is gaining the market share it deserves.____cal
