XP and R&R problem is bac

The problem is back! I went into the R&R Generator, selected File, Print. The print screen shows the file to be saved at a location, which is fine. The printer selects does not have the "R&R Export" avaliable. I canceled the print and exiting out of the R&R Generator, and the damn error message came up stating the Windows had to close the program.____I know that you keep saying that it is working on your XP machine, but there are others that are having the same problem. I even went back and download the pdfdist.zip file again. ____I will be taking out the pdf generation from all my programs as that part of R&R I find to unstable to continue.____R&R is a great product and I look forward to when this important function is corrected!
