All fields in a report

Post by Cathy_(Guest) » Fri Aug 30, 2002 4:50 pm

Is there any place that R&R (I^m using 8.0 Xbase) records all the fields that are used in the reports that are created? It would come in quite handy as we are constantly changing field names to conform all of our databases. Thanks! __

Sounds like you may be looking for the report specification. Go to Print and look for the ComboBox that says "Print what?".____The report specification contains all information, including fields, calculated and totaled too.____HTH____Steve______>Is there any place that R&R (I^m using 8.0 Xbase) records __>all the fields that are used in the reports that are __>created? In Version 10 we added a Report Librarian utility that tracks all DBF and field names every time you save a report. And it includes a set of reports that you can use to report on your reports.____Kathleen__R&R Support
