PDF Printer V9.0

Hello,__I^ve installed the R+R Report Writer XBase-Edition V9.0__Now, when I will print to a pdf-file, I became an error-message like:__There^s somthing wrong with printing the document to PDF:! Retry or Cancel..____I^m using Windows 2000 and I^ve installed the R+R on three diffrent machines (all with Windows 2000) and the error is on all machines____Can anyone help me?____Thanks__Thomas Kehl

You are checking the print to file box and supplying a print file name in the lower right of the printer dialog?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____This is the same problem that I had and it was fixed when you sent me the new RRPD.DLL.________Tom,____While you are waiting, if you go to the settings for printers and delete the R&R PDF PRINTER, then reboot, you will be able to print again. Once you get the new RRPD.DLL that will correct the problem.______Tom Freitas____
