Limit on field name/alias length

In your full 32 bit versions of R&R why have you maintained the 10 character limitation of field name length for calculated or total fields and the even shorter limit of 7 characters for database alias when relating one table to another (R&R SQL V9).____Simon Bray

It is a remnant of earlier times that will take some effort to change since it impacts lots of code.__One thing that helps is to create comments for your fields that will display on the status bar when a field is selected.______Kathleen__R&R Support
