Hi Kathleen,__>Does the same report work fine on other printers? __yes____>Which printers are problematic? __HP 2100TN, HP 4000TN, Canon__with the HP2100TN i saw it first 3 week^s ago,__with the HP4000TN at first he was in a Netware__enviroment it works fine after changing to a__W2K Server and TCP/IP we have the same Problem!____I think it is something with the driver, but if__it is so, other guys shoud have the same problem?____Juerg__
