Had to restart installation of 12.5 and now I get:____Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.______How do I get rid of this?______Mike

When you go into the task manager, do you see another process running?____If you^ve rebooted and still get it, it probably has some lingering aspects of the installation. Check to see if you can run the uninstall from the control panel.____If not, go into your Program Files / Program Files (x86) folder and delete the Liveware Publishing set of folders (if it^s a new install and you won^t lose anything).____There might also be some files in your temp folder. In the Windows Explorer address bar, type %TEMP% and look for installation files. Delete anything that matches the date and time you started the installation.____If this doesn^t help, contact support: (800) 936-6202 x208 and we should be able to walk you through the process.
