Cannot load rrpd.dll

A customer had a server crash. On their remote terminal server, one user cannot click on the reportname.rrw file from windows explorer (Windows 2008R2) and get it to properly load the program into the designer. Before the report appears in the designer they receive a cannot load rrpd.dll popup error.____If they however, load the designer first via the icon, and from within the designer (rrw.exe) do a file open and select the report, it opens properly.____Other users do not have the problem on the same remote terminal server and this user did not previously before the crash. It is like for this user it cannot find the proper dll to load.____Any idea why this will not load.

Have you tried reinstalling R&R for this user? Does everyone have their own dedicated desktop / VM on the remote server?____If you want, we can try a remote session.
