Does REPORTWORKS1251.zip have the updated files?

Hi,____At http://www.livewarepub.com/software/v125infinityupdate.htm, there^s a zip file, which is supposed to contain 12.5.1.____But the files inside, are from 2010. The PDF files, are from 2008.____The executables in my c:Program FilesLiveware PublishingReportWorks Infinity folder are from March and April 2015. The .Lic files are from 2016.______So it seems like the current download folder for the latest update, has some older files.__
